Con Law MBEs
So in my last three sessions of doing 30 MBEs on Con Law I have gotten 76% right, then 48%, and finally 60%. What does this mean? Who the fuck knows. I'm just hoping of not getting into a pattern of one step forward and two steps back. I'm also hoping that I didn't just waste my best performance on practice.

I heard a rumor that while studying for the bar exam we all get dumber before we start to remember things. Good thing you and I both are hitting the learning curve early....right?

Thank god. The exact same thing happened to me (same subject and everything) and I just assumed I was getting stupider. Maybe I am, but at least I'll ahve company.
