I already contacted my attorney. He is going to file a suit against you tomorrow morning for using my image without my permission & defamation.

Actually there would be no suit at all. Wayne is not making any money off of her image so the tort of misappropriation of likeness does not apply. The defamation is another story. One could argue wayne is commenting and the chaste of a woman which is per se some shit. Since she is a public figure, and a great one at that, she would have to show malice on wayne's behalf. And any of us who know wayne, know there is malice behind this. Wayne you should argue that her having dirty sex with you did not lower her reputation but rather increased it, that would be a great defense. And of course, if it is true, that is an absolute defense. Wow happy bar studying.
